We were excited to receive the final photos from our shoot with Anna Moffat, Edinburgh based photographer, last week. The images look amazing and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved. The children acted like pros, the adults were on their best behaviour and Little Lana kept everyone in check.

Just a quick post about where we’re at with the Ally Bally Bee Project at the moment – the project behind the world’s first children’s book about dementia that my husband Matthew has been working so hard on for over 2 years now. I’m excited to say that the book is finally here and has been sent out to everybody who ordered it through Kickstarter, woohoo!
In case you missed it, we were fortunate enough to have our project feature on BBC Radio Scotland’s morning show. We’re not sure if listeners outside of the UK can listen to it – but you can give it a go 🙂
In November we travelled to Copenhagen, Denmark, for the Alzheimer Europe conference. Our abstract submission had been accepted for a poster presentation and we saw this as an excellent opportunity to showcase our project, the progress and hopefully attract some supporters.
The Ally Bally Bee Project is on a mission to create the world’s first personalised children’s book about dementia. We’re now entering the final stretch of the project but it has not been an easy journey.
