We’ve been invited to Alzheimer Europe’s conference!
Just a quick post to let you know we’re going to Alzheimer Europe’s annual conference in Copenhagen! We submitted an abstract about our mission to produce the world’s first personalised children’s book about dementia – and they liked it 🙂
We’ll be joining many other amazing projects from across the globe in November. It will be a fantastic opportunity to garner more support and spread the word about our work. We’ll be presenting our work as poster and there is also a prize for the best design – so we better start brainstorming some creative ideas!
About the conference
The theme for this year’s conference is “Excellence in dementia research and care”. The conference will address numerous aspects of developing a dementia-friendly society, exploring the challenges concerning excellence in diagnosis, medical treatment and research as well as innovative person-centered care related to the progress of the disease and living well with dementia in society.
If you are going to the conference yourself make sure to let us know or just come and say ‘hi’!
